1. Inspection & Preparation – Every installation begins with a full roof and gutter inspection. We identify any damaged tiles, loose brackets, or existing blockages before starting. 2. Mesh Placement – Our premium aluminium or stainless-steel mesh is carefully rolled out along the gutter span and tensioned evenly to prevent bubbling or sagging. This ensures a smooth, streamlined appearance and optimal water flow once installed.

3. Trim Installation – Next, colour-matched aluminium trims are securely fastened along the gutter edge. These trims hold the mesh firmly in place while providing a sleek, Colorbond®-compatible finish that blends seamlessly with your roofline.

4. Cutting & Tucking the Mesh – Once the trims are in position, each section of mesh is precision-cut to suit the tile profile. Small vertical relief cuts are made approximately every 150–200 mm, allowing the mesh to mould perfectly to the curves of the roof tiles.

The upper edge of the mesh is then tucked neatly beneath the second row of tiles, creating a secure seal that prevents leaves, pests, and embers from entering the gutter system. This method ensures a tight fit without lifting or damaging tiles — ideal for both concrete and terracotta roofs.
